How to Track Your Order
To track your order on CyBuy:
- Log in to your account (from which the order was placed)
- Go to your orders
- Find the desired order and click “View”
In “ORDER DETAILS” you will see the current order status. If the order has been shipped and the seller has provided a shipping number, you will see a “Tracking Code” and “Tracking URL” to track the location of your order and stay up to date.
Note: Your order may be shipped without a tracking number, please contact your seller for assistance with the location of your order.
To track your order without a CyBuy account:
Check your e-mail, which you indicated when placing an order, as soon as the order is sent you will receive a confirmation letter, as well as “Tracking Code” and “Tracking URL” if your seller specifies these data.
You can also find out the order status and tracking number on the Track My Order page.
Enter “Order ID” and “Billing email“.
You can find the Order ID in your order confirmation email at the email address you provided when placing the order.
In “ORDER DETAILS” you will see the current status of the order and the tracking number if the seller provided it.
Note: Once you receive your order, click “Mark as Received“, if you don’t, the order status will automatically be set to “Completed” after 60 days.
If you have any issues with an order, contact the seller by clicking the “Support” button next to the desired order in your account. In the window that appears, indicate from the list the reason for which you are applying. If your seller cannot help you, then you can contact CyBuy | Marketplace.
