How to Purchase an Item on CyBuy
To make a purchase on CyBuy | Marketplace:
- Find the item(s) you want to buy on CyBuy.me
- Select product(s) options if available (color, size..)
- Add item(s) to basket
- Check your basket
- Go to the checkout page
- If you have a coupon code, then you can enter it to receive a discount
- Please provide/check your full name, email, phone and delivery address
- You can leave a note for the seller (if necessary)
- Select a shipping method (if there are multiple options)
- Choose a payment method (Card or PayPal)
You will receive an automatic email to the specified email address with an order confirmation.
As soon as the seller sends the order, you will receive a Shipping confirmation on your email address specified during the ordering process. The seller can also provide a tracking number for your order, which you will receive by email and in your account order details.
After purchase
You can find your order in your account in the orders section. As soon as you receive your order, click “Mark as Received”, if you do not do this, the order status will automatically receive the status “Completed” in 60 days.
If you have any issues with an order, contact the seller by clicking the “Support” button next to the desired order in your account. In the window that appears, indicate from the list the reason for which you are applying. If your seller cannot help you, then you can contact CyBuy | Marketplace.
